SCROLL

ABOUT CHRIS
Christopher Tate has always had a thing for speed. Growing up around the motocross scene, as well as going to NASCAR events since he was as young as 4, he’s always had a general idea of what he’d wanna do if provided the opportunity.
Chris broke out of the motocross, and into the stock car scene back in late 2019 making his first ever late model stock start at the famed Myrtle Beach Speedway. From that moment on, he’s been chasing the long goal of eventually competing in NASCAR.
Between 2019 and today, Chris has undergone some major life changes. He had to put the racing dream on hold due to the 2020 pandemic, moving back home to Decatur, Texas where he would ultimately end up enlisting in the Marine Corps in March of 2021 in hopes of getting stationed back in North Carolina to be close to the racing scene again. Fast forward a couple years down the road, and Chris is back to chasing that racing dream, making his NASCAR debut at Iowa Speedway in the ARCA Menards Series, where he scored his first top 10, and accomplished one of his many professional goals in being the first ever Active Duty U.S. Marine to compete in NASCAR’s history.
